I'd like to give a shout out to www.modthesims.info, as they were the website that inspired many of my creations. They have THOUSANDS of uploads (custom content, game mods, tutorials, etc), available for you to download free of charge.
I highly recommend this site, as it has some of the best Sims 2 and Sims 3 content available online today.
